For the past forty years, in between raising six children and working as a Ph.D.’ed petrochemical process engineer, Kenneth B. Jensen has been composing music. His songs begin as a brief melody or a line of lyrics that he develops into a full composition with stirring piano accompaniment. He focuses his music on the subjects vitally important to him—the sacred, and the patriotic.
Kenneth learned to play the piano from his mother, an excellent pianist. She accompanied his father who often sang in church and at special occasions. Kenneth’s family continues the tradition of music, his wife Laurie and his children and their spouses love music and singing. The five young grandchildren will soon be joining in.
Kenneth has served as an LDS Church bishop and currently serves on his Stake High Council in Houston, Texas. He is also politically active, having served as a Republican precinct chairman and an election judge. He supports the ideas of the Declaration of Independence and its vehicle of execution—the Constitution of the United States.
Enjoy his songs of faith and freedom.
This website was a gift by my daughter Rebecca J. Greenwood and her husband Karl. They developed the structure and the graphics and I appreciate their excellent work and their encouragement.
